Patriot Express Newsletter Edition #182

Greetings and welcome to the Patriot Express Newsletter Edition #182. Thanks so much for stopping in to spend time with us at Hope for Survival. Happy October!!! Can you believe it? We are so focused on everything going on around us that we are missing life each day and all the beauty of the season. We finally had some beautiful rain this week and our night temps are dropping to the low 40s. The crisp morning air feels so nice here in the East TN hills.

Earlier in the week I was awake before sunrise and stepped on the back deck to check the cooling weather as the coffee brewed. It was so quiet I could only hear the pole mounted American flag whipping in the breeze. It was a beautiful sound to be honest. My mind immediately went back in time to the many times in my past life I would have the same vision in different countries around the world. Funny how back then I would think of home in America and on this day, I thought of the many times and places in my past. Back then our flag flew with pride and strength and today I am troubled by how our nation and flag must be viewed. Do you feel the same?

HFS Patriots sends many prayers and well wishes for the citizens in Florida and impacted by Hurricane Ian. When the eye of a storm is 30 miles wide it is a wicked storm, and this is why we prepare for every day. Please continue praying for safety and a quick recovery in the days ahead. Florida readers please drop me an email to let me know you are okay. Blessings.

I want you to remember something, even with all the negatives surrounding us we must remember to find and recognize the good things, the quality aspects of individuals who are doing good deeds around use. All people aren't bad and they, like us, are caught up in this tyrannical cycle engulfing our nation and the world. We have a much better chance of surviving through our faith, family, and likeminded friends. Many of you are doing awesome things in your preparedness planning and I'm proud of you each day.

Let us move on ....
