Greetings and welcome to the Patriot Express Newsletter Edition #195. We are just a few ticks of the timekeeper before striking a new year. Let me go ahead and wish you a very happy New Year to you and your loved ones. May 2023 be a great year for all of you. Christmas has come and gone again and now we brace for the unknown in a new year. The unknown. Sounds scary, doesn't it? It's only scary if you allow it to occupy your life and guide you in negative directions.

Did you have a blessed Christmas? I know Christmas is different for many of us and some prefer a good book, cookies, and cold milk, while others work community projects and programs, while others load up and drive to be with family. Christmas has changed so much over the years, and I don't hear much about families getting together for a few days together like the old days. I think as we age our priorities change as does our focus on what is really important. I think it is fair to say many of us had a rough 2022 with all the world and national news, family situations, and local environment. I pray for peace and strength in each of your hearts and homes as we move into a new year filled with challenges and decisions. Do your best to keep grounded and wise. No matter how scary it gets for you, remember, you have the ability to control much of it by your choices. If you are wondering what I mean, you should read my second book titled Hope for Survival - The Mindset. Get outside the circle and stay left of bang. Control vs being controlled.

Please consider reaching out to those around you who may need a friend, a friendly voice, a meal, something warm to eat or drink, or maybe a spare blanket. Yes, we are good people indeed, but we also must do good deeds for those in need of support or maybe a spare hand just to get up again. Many who are down lost hope in our system and humanity. You, me, us, can lift a spirit and help another start putting one foot in front of the other. What say you? I wonder if those who froze to death in the past week at home or while traveling would still be alive had they prepared or had a buddy system in place.

Okay, we are still in our holiday period so I'm going to keep this weeks' edition shorter. than normal. Hey, who is that clapping in the back of this circus tent?

Ding, Ding, Ding....Attention HFS readers..... Opinions shared in this newsletter are just that, opinions, and nothing more. Read at your own risk. The owner and author of this site is not responsible for hurt feelings or thin-skinned readers. I do my best to show restraint and respect to the best extent possible. I take as many precautions as possible and try to remain as nonpolitical as possible, however, there are times when I just can't help but point certain things out. Occasionally I use words only Patriots recognize and understand. It's not personal against any non-Patriot. It's just the truth. Sometimes we must pull up our spenders and suck it up. Just saying. Stay the course, read what you want, and avoid the rest. Avoid fear porn as much as possible and the day will be okay. When all else fails… Keep the faith and always have Hope.

Let’s move along and get to some thoughts...

Thoughts for the week -

I reflect on 2022 and as bad as it has seemed, it's not all bad. We are alive. We are good people mostly living for a common purpose and cause. We work or have worked, live off our retirement and investments, and basically want to be left alone. Keep it simple, right? Isn't that how it was taught to us growing up? Work hard, play hard, and enjoy life. Show respect for our country, our elders, stand for the national anthem and salute the flag (veterans). We shared the history of our great nation with our kids and grandkids pointing important times in our history. It was important, right?

I'm thankful to wake up each day and realize each morning I can see, smell, hear, taste, walk and breath. Life is a blessing and never guaranteed. Just look around at the many sudden deaths for no known reasoning. The world can look very bleak depending how we see the view. We can live through and accept the unliked changes occurring or we can be the remnant that drives the change. We can be the mass being governed or be the mass of ungovernable. Remember, we the people are the majority being governed by the minority. Right now, the majority is being governed with little resistance. Think about that. The government that is by the people for the people and works for us and is paid by us is pushing to get us in another war after being in wars the past 20 plus years.

We are living through some of the most difficult changes our nation has faced in our lifetime. Most of us didn't live through World War II, the Korean War, the Great Depression and other life changing events for our citizens. In past history, our citizens would come together for the greater good of the nation. Can we say that today? We are so divided as people. Faith, socio-economic, race, LBTQRSXYZ and more. Have you noticed these items are not necessarily agendas of the people, but agendas pushed by the government and liberal agenda?

This chapter in our history is so bad the ink telling the story will likely be runny and smear to leave the reader confused. When a percentage of our populace believes a human born as a male can become a female and a female can be a dad, we have severe psychological issues occurring while humans are butchering their bodies. This is so bad that adults and doctors, are agreeing to butcher children who can't decide on their type of morning cereal yet can make a life altering decision to change their sex from birth. Adults are going along with this, and no shame is great enough. Society and laws will allow Child Protective Services to remove a child from a home if a parent speaks out against the system, a school, or any other system trying to sway a child's way of thinking against genetic changes and modification. Yet, a parent who encourages a child to decide against their sex at birth, it's all okay.

We are living through a period as a society where our cultural has transitioned from the everyone got a trophy for finishing last and today there is no 2nd place. If you aren't first, you are last and the pain of last place in today's stakes is life changing and painful to put it mildly. How much of this evil can your stomach take before you realize you need to have a personal vomiting session and when you can't take it no more, you realize to yourself enough is enough. Have you reached that point yet? And?

Like I said in Hope for Survival Book 1, I don't care if you kiss camels or hug trees, I don't answer for you, but I do care for you and want the best for you here and in your afterlife. If you haven't figured it out yet, we are living in a period of good vs evil. It is only going to get worse. Oh, I know some are voicing they have their faith, and all will be good. Why are so many Christians' hiding and believing there is no chance they are going to live through some or all of what we appear to be heading towards?

I think back to life growing up when a man was a man. Most men could be called warriors to some degree. Men walked out the door to mostly labor jobs in industry, farming, fighting wars and so forth. There was nothing wrong with men working desk jobs because many earned a degree and contributed to science, space, education, and other important jobs. A man was born a man and grew up in the role of a man. Today, we have pronouns, crossdressers, want to be role players, and dreamers. All, a small percentage of the overall population but they are winning the PR and Government battle against our morals and way of life. No matter where you stand on this global and national position, I want you to keep this in mind. We can debate the psychological, physiological, and psychiatric points on what is a male, when is a male a female, and all the rest of the manly hood of the future. No matter how many surgeries, uplifts, new curves, hair growth and the rest, a male is born with testicles and there has yet to be progress worth discussing in a testicular transplant. Period. Removal yes. Transplant, Rare and highly unsuccessful.

As a nation we lack men. Not pretend men, want to be men, role playing men, or dressed up like men. We lack men with God given testicles and a chest that stands out like a man. This is not a born female wearing clothing to press down a chest and a GI haircut and manly boots to role play a man. Sure, many are manly, and I give them that. But they are not men. I'm not slighting ladies on any account and I have written how I witness more females standing up and being leaders than men. Today, men are soft, lack the ability to lead, and cower to being told no. They refuse to stand up for what they stand for and believe to be moral, right, and the rule of law. We can blame this on numerous causes but it starts in the home and in a nation that pays females more money to have children out of wedlock and not have a man in the home, what chance does a boy have? Our school systems are also at fault and the list goes on and on. Our major universities are teaching classes on white privilege and masculinity to our children. They are making our future leaders feel guilty about their birth skin color and status in life. Many of these institutions are now using pronouns to identify children by names. These institutions are also receiving government tax dollars which we pay. Oh wait, our government encourages this horse hockey. Again, the majority of the masses continues to be governed by the minority so the ship will continue off course and crash soon. When Russia and China come calling at our doorstep, a "rah, rah, rah, kick them in the knee" is not going to fly. Give that some thought. Much of our military training and preparation is psychological along with physical effort. Personally, I see this as a huge problem. I could be wrong because today's males are so soft, they may not mind being in a foxhole with a female want to be male. This isn't about male vs female. This is about the psychological impact all this current day obstacle is causing on our nation's ability to train and fight. I find it fairly amazing how major universities criticize and focus on demeaning males and the white race and encourage new students to enroll in de-masculinity classes. Why is this not the case in the athletic programs? Could it be because this is the money maker for the schools?

Even worse is the fact we elect representatives to represent us and the majority flaps their lips to create a mirage of bull crap and they hand over their testicles for wealth while in Washington D.C. Heck, we are so gullible as a society we drink the Kool-Aid like sunbathers running for the Florida beaches. When a politician tells us he feels our pain while owning a home with a car elevator in it and we believe him, something is wrong. We have another politician who is worth over $500 million and is tied up in many court hearings and cases and is reaching out through fund raising to ask you and me to contribute to pay these legal bills. How stupid can we be. One elected politician is not the fix or answer.

Until the masses or majority decides to be ungovernable it will only continue to go downhill. If it doesn't change my gut says the majority will continue enjoying the comfort of the minorities immoral authority by having their boot on our throat. The Government is not God. There is one God. God was not elected. Politicians are paid servants of the people. Period. We the people must be alert and in tune with unjust punishments being carried out against law abiding citizens. It could be you next. They have bankrupted our nation and left our children with so much debt they will never get it paid down. Tell me, why are so many followers dependent on those who bankrupted our nation? These are the same elected leaders who stand and fight for the rights of a woman to make decisions for her own body, yet they tell you they are the government, and they can make decisions regarding your life. Like my Patriot brother down in Northern GA says, "that dog won't hunt."

So, tell me something, why is it so many citizens want to be told what to do, how to do it, and when to jump, yet they refuse to go to a Church on Sunday morning because they do not want to be told they are sinners. We are a society of no self-accountability and because of the direction they have been taught, much of our cultural has learned to not be accountable and remain immoral and debt slaves. Just like our government and many churches as well. Speaking of churches, Ms. Lucy and I attended church while away from home during Christmas and it was amazing. It was a rock concert that featured a church service.

Think about this. A large percentage of our nation is deep in debt and smothering. We live in a drive through society with a need it now, buy it now mindset, don't you think? I wonder if a percentage of citizens in debt would have been debt free, had the nation told the government to pound sand when ordered to take a vaccine. If 100 of us needed new shoes, would we order 100 pairs of size 10 loafers? No. Would 100 of us order a green button up shirt sized medium? No. Would 100 of us order a loaded salad? No. Would 100 of us get O + blood? No. What is my point. There is no way a vaccination that was never put through rigorous trials, could possibly fit the entire population of the globe yet millions couldn't think on their own and figure it out on a personal level. Now, after locking grandma in a retirement home during Covid because it was said to be safer for them Now, we have a growing number of nations offering useless eaters who are sucking oxygen from the contributors to society a chance to take the early departure from life through self-assisted suicide. Wasn't that a crime not so long ago? Do as I say, not as I do. When did we all forget how to think on our own and make our own decisions? Day by day, we are seeing a society that was once moral and faith based, now becoming a society of people looking for the quickest and easiest way out.

Just as the good book laid out the truth of how it started and how it would end over 2000 years ago, a percentage of society through history has tried to do it the way of mankind and now as the long-standing truth appears to become more prevalent to those paying attention, mankind continues to resist and fail at their own ways. In my later years of my military career when I started to consider retiring from active duty, my mind reminded me I was only a grain of sand on a big beach. I was a number and not so important the military would not survive when I departed. The realization I was a number and nothing more in a big system. Outside of our purpose as a Christian, as earthly humans we are the walking dead, not the zombies wondering around lifeless. We are surrounded by many with all the answers yet are cowards to the truth and refuse to be a man and tell the truth about the value of human life. Instead, men who tell the truth. Elections are more important than saving babies or conducting surgeries on sick babies who are unvaccinated. There is no hope or chance of a society surviving when politics are more important than life itself. We scream and preach truth to no ears and then get punished by the minority for being moral. When will the majority choose to be ungoverned and stand up for those who can't stand up? Past conspiracies are proving true, and more people are waking up slowly to something being very wrong. Have you ever asked yourself why it seems someone is trying to hide something from we the people and it's now a race between the real truth, going bankrupt, and silencing the majority.

While South Korea alerts its citizens to rockets flying from the North, China toys with Taiwan. Ukraine is sucking life out of the U.S. dollar while silently whispering "suckers" and a kind smile. Peru and Brazil are teetering on collapse while the people revolt against government corruption. Iran cracks down on females attempting to go to college and continues torturing the noncompliant to government orders. It goes on and on. The world is a mess all over. Why is this a surprise to so many?

We close out 2022 with a major cold front sweeping across our nation with negative number temperatures in many areas. When I read of people freezing to death in their cars and homes it told me many still aren't getting the self-reliant preparedness. This is terrible and equally sad. But what does it take to convince a human to step up and be just a little bit responsible? Just like much of our society and the world, someone else will come save me. Someone else will bring me food. Someone else will risk their life and get on the roads to come find me. Yes, we are a society of citizens incapable of figuring out the roads are bad, and we probably shouldn't be on the roads. So, for those of us who heed the call to be responsible, keep it up and congratulations.

Those of you who prepare and continue preparing, you are investing in yourself and will be rewarded in the long run by the effort you have put forth now. It's up to you. You are doing a great thing for yourself and family, but just like those who are dependent on a broken system, if you haven't prepared enough you will end up like those standing in the milk and cheese line most likely. Keep the faith and do your best.

As 2022 winds to its end, we must wonder where life goes in 2023. No matter how good or bad it may be, we are still just a number in a big corrupt system. These words bring me back to the old Bob Seger song, Feel Like a Number.

Prayers - Please keep our great nation, our elected leaders, military and first responders in your thoughts and prayers. We pray for good health and wisdom. Please pray for our leadership to find answers and guidance to the problems facing our great nation. May your faith remain strong and answers to the unknown provided. God is good and may our prayers blanket and protect you and your circumstances. I pray for each, and every one of our Patriots.

May we pray for all the blessings and things in life to be thankful about and continued hope for revival around the world. We must continually pray for the unsaved, our family and friends who live each day without the protection for eternal life and salvation.

As Patriots we must stay strong and never give up. Our home, community, and nation need us now more than ever. Stay focused on your local community and things that will impact you around the nation. Don't allow the events around you to create fear in your life. Build your own self-reliance and focus on faith and hope. Remember we are a blessed nation, and we must continue to be great people today and make a better tomorrow. Keep charging.
