Patriot Express Newsletter Edition #136

Fellow Patriots,

Greetings and welcome to the Patriot Express Newsletter Edition #136. Thank you for stopping by to spend some time checking out the PENL. It has been another outstanding week for us here in the East Tennessee Hills. It is certainly a blessing to wake each day to see a beautiful sunrise and the remaining golden leaves hanging around. My buddy Wilson is running around on warp speed gathering the last nuts for his winter foodbank. I really need to catch up with him to get his take on world events. I wonder if I should share the conversation a HFS Patriot had with me about eating squirrel gravy as a child. I need to think on this one.

As many of you prepare for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday and time with family (I hope), try to make it a very special Thanksgiving together. It has been two hard years for many and with the future so unknown at this point, share quality time and talk about things that are important to all of you. Discuss some of your thoughts on plans at some point after Thanksgiving day. Maybe gather around the table and build or go over your Family Communication Plan with a just in case described need.

If you are traveling over the holiday period, cross-check your plans and access to news and email in the event things go south while you are away from home. Do you have a plan to get home if things turn south? Now would be the perfect time to ensure your plans are in place and they work. Just saying....

Let us move along...

Hope for Survival books: The holidays are approaching quickly and now is a great time to order and receive copies of my two preparedness books. In the past HFS members purchase books for family members who may be in their early stages of preparedness. It is also a good time to purchase books because all proceeds off the books goes to a local charity to fund food for those in need. The number in need today is high and they will go higher going in to winter as many work seasonal jobs or others who are losing jobs because of no vaccination. HFS donates the largest amount to this cause during the holiday period to help ensure all families will have a good meal over Thanksgiving and/or Christmas. HFS is very appreciative to past purchases of my books to help support this growing need.

You can obtain information on the two HFS books at this link: Survival, Preparedness, Disaster Management for individuals or family (hopeforsurvival.com)

Hope for Survival - How Food, Water, Shelter, and Security Could Save Your Life (Book 1)

Hope for Survival - The Mindset (Book 2)

We must make this brief public announcement to protect the innocent.

Ding, Ding, Ding....Attention HFS readers..... Opinions shared in this newsletter are just that, opinions, and nothing more. Read at your own risk. The owner and author of this site is not responsible for hurt feelings or thin-skinned readers. I do my best to show restraint and respect to the best extent possible. I take as many precautions as possible and try to remain as nonpolitical as possible, however, there are times when I just can't help but point certain things out. Occasionally I use words only Patriots recognize and understand. It's not personal against any non-Patriot. It's just the truth. Sometimes we must pull up our spenders and suck it up. Just saying. Stay the course, read what you want, and avoid the rest. Avoid fear porn as much as possible and the day will be okay. When all else fails… Keep the faith and always have Hope.

Let’s move along and get to some thoughts...

Thoughts for the week

If you haven't figured it out I am a red, white, and blue junky. Motivational speakers promoting freedom, respect, and love of country and arguments defending the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence, will stop my motion and capture my attention. Festus shared a good one with me this week and I wanted to share it with you. Just a while wonder, could this gent be a candidate for President of the United States in 2024 or 2028?

Mental Preparedness - In the past month while working with and providing training and information to the HFS Zoom Patriots I shared I was turning the heat up on information, accountability and attention to detail. No, I'm not trying to be a jerk to my fellow Patriot sisters and brothers. I'm simply trying to get their attention to detail and psychological toughness enhanced to prepare them in the area of mental preparedness. It is key and essential to understand each and every step to be performed without pause or failure.

Here is an exert from Book 1 in the Hope for Survival (2019) series on this topic:.

"When I think of planning, building plans, developing mental preparedness and a degree of toughness, I have a little chuckle. Not because this is not an important topic. But, when on the topic of preparedness I sometimes tease my wife that she would not have made a good “troop” standing guard on the North/South Korea border. Preparedness and planning take patience and time. And, you are planning for something that may never happen. I have often wondered how many people who do not prepare, also do not fish. The key is to be patient. She is a great worker and very smart, but the patience part is short on certain task at hand.

While we are on the topic of YOU and how you will handle a disaster or traumatic event, let’s talk quickly about “Fight-or-Flight” and what it is. This topic in itself is another book. “Fight or Flight” is important because it’s how a personality can change and be impacted by a split-second action or change of environment that threatens the welfare of a person and his/her family. In my personal experience, past and present, I have witnessed both trained and untrained individuals freeze and also react as trained and avoid the freeze stage when responding to an event.

Currently, working in my daily job, I am blessed to work with a team of professionals that are skilled and understand the importance of preparedness both at work and home. I build emergency plans for eight facilities. The largest is 860,000 square feet and 3500 employees. The teams I build and then train on the plans are called Occupant Emergency Organizations. I have 425 volunteers and ‘vol-un-tolds” who I train to the plan who support our workforce during an emergency. The facility has 182 primary volunteers to cover seven floors. One thing I have learned during real-world events is that the people who endured some degree of trauma, loss or disaster in their past, grandmothers, war vets, tornado victims, and car wreck survivors are the people who step up and move the people forward according to the emergency plans. They make up less than five percent of the occupants. Oh, I also have employees who hide in the bathrooms standing on toilets with the stall door locked, however, this book is about surviving, not surrendering to defeat.

The “fight-or-flight” response, also known as the acute stress response, refers to a physiological reaction that occurs in the presence of something that is terrifying, either mentally or physically. Either way, the physiological response to stress prepares the body to react to danger. So what happens?

During the “Fight-or-Flight” response the body’s sympathetic nervous system is activated due to the sudden release of hormones. The sympathetic nervous systems stimulate the adrenal glands triggering the release of catecholamines, which includes adrenaline and noradrenaline. The trigger will provide the body with a burst of energy so that it can respond to the perceived dangers.

”Fight-or-flight” symptoms can last upwards of an hour and possibly longer. Some of the symptoms include cool pale skin, elevated heart rate, dizziness, shakiness, headache, muscle tension, and anxiety. Normally a person can return to normal in about twenty minutes.

Ask yourself if you handle danger and stress well. What do I mean? Imagine, you are watching TV with your family and you hear tornado sirens going off outdoors. The TV channel breaks away and you see the tornado coming right for your neighborhood.” You have known for some time that you live in a tornado-prone region. Still you have procrastinated on preparing an emergency kit and developing a safe room for your family. What now? Will you panic or take charge? Maybe you don’t know because you’ve never been faced with any type of event to trigger your “fight or flight” response.

Imagine the same scenario, except this time your smoke detectors sound and you must evacuate your home immediately. What is your plan? Maybe you should consider taking a look at the “5-5-5” plan which I will discuss later in this book in the Risk Analysis and Management chapter. I would encourage you to pick up a copy and read a book titled, “The Unthinkable: Who Survives When Disaster Strikes-And Why” by Amanda Ripley. This is an excellent investigation into the minds of survivors of 911, Hurricane Katrina, and other disaster type events.

In each type of scenario or event, the leader will either take charge, freeze, flee, or break the freeze within milliseconds and take charge of the event. Staying in the freeze mode too long could cost you your life and the life of your loved ones. Would you rather plan and prepare now, or roll the dice and find out if you would freeze and not lead your family to safety?

If you would like to read and learn more on the “fight or flight” response, I would recommend you make a note to get familiar with Dave Grossman’s book, “Self Defense” and his training video titled “Bullet Proof Mind.” Another good read and reference is Rory Miller’s book, “Facing Violence” and Marc MacYoung’s book, “No Nonsense Self Defense.” You will find a great deal of research and documentation on this topic.

If your solution includes firearms, I strongly encourage you to research your state laws on self-defense and use of a firearm to defend your home. You may be surprised by what you can and cannot do in defending your home or your family. Get informed.

Historically, there was a period where “Fight-or-Flight” reactions were witnessed more in combat veterans and emergency responders. Post 911 studies now are showing “Fight-or-Flight” in a larger and broader range of professionals. It appears combat veterans and emergency responders are now suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and will react in the fight mode where individuals from the same category suffering from PTSD may not respond in the flight mode.

In recent years testing conducted on “gamers” or those playing video type games (with violence) displayed the “fight” mode for roughly 24 to 48 hours post gaming. Individuals not serving in the military, or military and non-combat veterans, along with citizens experiencing trauma from disasters are being diagnosed with PTSD. Time will only tell how recent disasters and events such as “active shooter” will impact individuals and their ability to react in “fight or flight” scenarios.

I am hardly scratching the surface on this topic, but simply want to make you are aware of “Fight-or-Flight” so it does not surprise you when it happens. Preparing can help possibly avoid it. Let’s continue talking about “Preparing YOU.”

When approaching the reality that being prepared is necessary, we can identify many traits and skills one may consider as being essential in the percentages of those who survive. A vital trait in leading and getting others to follow is a positive attitude and a calm level-headed frame of mind. It can and may save your life and the lives of your family.

How a person deals with life-threatening situations is a question to consider. How you prepare and understand the situation can impact your attitude and eventual outcome. If you are the leader or head of your family or group, eyes are upon you and a failure to lead and motivate could cause the followers to lose confidence in you. Remember, your actions and choices could cost others their lives. Having the ability to identify what is important by identifying risk and threats to the family are key items. How you make basic assumptions and analysis, and knowing how to mitigate the threats is critical in preparedness.

One of your first objectives should be to understand yourself. How well do you know YOU? Many circumstances one must face when impacted by a disaster can’t be fixed by your money, knowledge, or power. How well do you know how you would react and respond? Have you ever really given thought to it?

I have witnessed people who live organized successful lives. It seems they never have a problem. But, when they do, they fall to pieces. This isn’t about criticism. This is an observation. How do people react when faced with stress and difficult situations out of the normal scope of life? This could be a person in your family, on your team, or someone you encounter and have to deal with. Worse case, it could be YOU.

I have been told that much of preparedness is common sense. Really? If preparing is common sense, then we must live in a nation with a lot of ignorance because roughly 90% (more below) of our populace is unprepared. WHAT!! I simply say, prove me wrong. This is so true that in January 2019, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) released findings from a study that can be summed up quickly. The Governments Ready.GOV program and annual Preparedness Month failed to achieve their intent of getting citizens to prepare.

Let me be clear, Ready.Gov was a good program when used. When used is the key here. Now the new campaign will focus on culture in the community and achieving one community at a time. Let us hope we do not experience any disasters in the next twenty years. Stop following the lead of the unprepared and start taking control of your ability to prepare and survive. It’s your life!

In case you haven’t noticed, the world is a changing place and it’s changing faster and faster. Why? I will let you decide that on your own. Is it important to know why it’s changing? Or more importantly, simply prepare yourself and your family to survive circumstances that are a result of the many changes around us. You cannot control the reason for the change, but you can control your personal circumstance. I like to think back to a quote from former Indiana

University and Hall of Fame basketball coach Bobby Knight when he said “The key is not the will to win….everybody has that. It is the will to prepare to win that is important.” Preparing to stay alive would be winning compared to the alternative of not preparing and dying. You decide.

So, let’s talk more preparedness and YOU. This can be on a small scale or large scale. Being prepared is not only a personal responsibility but also the smart thing to do. Your life and the life of your family may depend on it. So why do I care? First, it’s the right thing to do. Help your neighbor and others. Under certain areas of preparedness, the more you help will hopefully mean those you help then help others. Spread the wealth of knowledge per se.

On a closer local level, for every person you help and teach to prepare, hopefully, it’s one less person beating on your door for food and water when they have none. Sounds selfish, does it not? If you have one peanut butter cracker and the doorbell rings, are you going to give it to your neighbor or your child? This is not a contest of individuals or separation of political ideology, socio-economic class warfare, or a religious battle. This is about the survival of the determined. When push comes to shove and it is about the survival of your family, it is not your responsibility to feed anyone who is too lazy or irresponsible to take the steps to get prepared for any type breakdown in the system."

You can read more on this topic and much more in my first book which is available on this web page as well as book two which is titled The Mindset that focuses completely on your mental preparedness.

During my thoughts I find myself often asking questions regarding "why" to specific topics. When I was a young kid my dad used to ask me "son, why do you have so many questions?" Soooo let's play the game of "why?".

Why? - Why do we see more Covid-19 cases in America now than a year ago when government estimates report 2/3 of Americans are vaccinated? If the CDC report is accurate, they show no post-Covid-19 unvaccinated cases passing the virus to others.

Why? - Speaking in general, why does it seem military veterans recognize a problem ahead that is driving them to prepare at a faster pace yet many others see the same problem and fail to see the need for urgency? Are they holding out thinking the government will come through again? Could military veterans be over reacting based on previous assignments and training and reliving some of their prior training and life on deployment status?

Why? - Why can't we understand high gas prices, a bad economy, increased crime and the highest inflation in 30 years is simply because of global warming and not enough 5 year old children being vaccinated?

Why? - Why does a society that not so long ago stood offended when the elected president at that time stated America is no longer a Christian nation? Offended. So folks got so mad they even turned off their television. This is the same society that now turns on their television and finds college professors in the news talking about their fetishes and fantasies with juvenile boys. Except now, they leave their televisions on and simply shake their head.

Why? Why is the nation that once put man on the moon and rated in the top 1% globally in academics now rates outside the top 30 nations? This doesn't make sense to me. We are the same nation who changed our policies of success to equality and a policy of giving trophies to everyone. We stopped keeping score to ensure equality to produce a better citizen model. We can't add two plus two without a calculator however we are a better nation because we now kneel for the national anthem of our great nation. Boys wear dresses and are now allowed to use the ladies bathroom and this makes us a great nation. Young girls train all year to compete in track to only find out they now must compete with another girl with side burns and a mustache, only to lose. In a couple states when a baby is born the parents have up to five years to decide the sex of the child. What? Who needs to visit the local circus when we are living in one daily.

Why? Why are humans so gullible to sign up for the "jab" that was promised to make our nation and the world healthy and safe again when it was never truly tested? And now after two, three, four jabs and boosters, to get more juice in the human body, they sign up to get the juice in their young children. I bet everyone of these parents read the instructions word for word on the back of the baby aspirin bottle to make sure it's safe. If you trusted your judgement sending your child out for the jab then why worry about the baby aspirin?

Why? Why was the world in panic and raced to get the mandated vaccine to make the world a safer place yet our government handed out passes to the Congress, Senate, White House, and thousands within the companies creating the vaccines. Heck, many if not all of the refugees entering our nation are unvaccinated as well. I hear crickets.

Why? Why is it safer for employees to be vaccinated to return to the work place vs employees who are unvaccinated working from home and having no access to other coworkers? Most employees have continued working from home for 22 months because of the Covid-19 infection rate.

Why? Why are many churches segregating the unvaccinated from the vaccinated by putting the unvaccinated attendees in the balcony? In 1 John V 3 we are told we are all God's children. I missed the part about those who are naughty being punished and sent for a timeout in the balcony. Maybe it's in the small print of the 501C3 compliance manual?

Why? Why does a country still listen to the weasel known as little Anthony when his Covid-19 guidance changes faster than blame from the Presidents Press Secretary daily. Six steps, three steps, one mask, two. Children used to be safe but now they must get the jab. Fauci, Fauci, he's in control, just ask him. I don't know about you but when I see Bill Gates standing with Anthony Fauci, it reminds me of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. No, no, no. Alfalfa and Spanky is more like it.

Why? Why do so many Americans spend hours talking about the lockdowns in Australia, Austria, and all the restrictions in Europe yet refuse to see and accept these same events are headed to America. They opt to take cruises and believe they can always go to the local market to stock up when needed. The luxury of finances is believed to be the saving grace to lift them above everything they are witnessing world wide. Money will not put resources on the shelves. It is that simple.

Why? Why as a society have we lost the ability to find clarity vs resolution. As people trying to survive this earthly rat race, will we reach a point of having no excuses or as described in Romans 1, Vs 18-20 "Ignorance is no longer an excuse" Ask yourself, why do we continually hear the same lame comment "things went to heck when God was removed from the classroom." Let's reword this statement to read "God was removed from the classroom because the church and all of the Christians failed the children" in this area. We let this happen along with many other areas biting us in the behind today. Just like in many prayers, God is only mentioned during personal loss and tragedy. How often do you hear anyone thanking God for the blessings in life? We allowed our tax funded public schools or better known as Satan's Youth Ministries to become what it is today. Ahhh, don't believe me? Like I often ask, "will the Patriots and Christians walk past their mailbox to defend this great nation? I will beat this drum till it beats no more. This is not a Democrat vs Republican issue. This is a good vs evil problem and Satan has a grip on about everything around us. Why does it appear the same grip is keeping so many Christians Bibles closed? Have you noticed today how so many churches are convenience centers? Why bring your Bible to church? You can read it from a screen or follow along on your phone. I'm still trying to find the new 10 Commandments offering the new buffet style religion. Change it to meet your feelings and needs vs obey as written and directed. Then again, none of us are perfect and all are sinners.

Why? Why are millions of citizens rebuking their faith over evil to stay in line with an immoral society and the immoral ways destroying America? We are so quick to blame the other when WE put our trust and faith in another man such as our elected officials, school board leaders and teachers, Presidents, day care centers under the latch key kid programs. It is we who are responsible and guilty in so many of the areas failing us today. Just my opinion.

Next ....

I was sharing some thoughts through email with another HFS Patriot sister recently and the discussion was on "how and what we can do and actually do to find out own personal place for thinking and finding refuge. I was kidding her (sorta) how when Ms. Lucy is away from home with family, I get out the pressure canner and start canning food. I jokingly said I was having a bromance with the canner. I stated to the Thursday zoom group a few months ago how I would rather put my time in to canning than deposit funds in to a savings account. Both are wise choices however I have more faith in our canned resources being available and within our control than funds deposited in a regulated bank.

So while doing some other things around the house I made use of the time and ended up canning seven or eight loads of goodies for our food stock. We have a standard size canner so a basic load is maybe 8 quarts or 8 wide mouth pints. Canning meat is much more of a time demand than vegetables and I was doing both. All in all it was well invested time and I felt I had hit the lottery when I was finished two days later. Turkey, ground sausage, sausage patties, beef tips, potatoes, potatoes with carrots and onions, carrots, Yes, this food source provides food security during times of need down the road, but it also provides options today. Why would I use my canned food sources now? If you wish to offset the rising food prices today, you have available food stock to pull from now if needed. We are in a SHTF mode today if you really think about it. We are being hit from multiple avenues today.. Fuel, food, insurance and health care cost, job loss, and more. Store stock is decreasing daily.

Silly question, am I the only happy preparer who sings to the swivel of the canning weight atop the canner? Words of encouragement to get that jigga-jigga-jigga movement going?

Canning is always fun when you include one of your favorites. I joke about loving hillbilly steak otherwise known as canned spam. Fried spam is awesome. We often had this wonderful serving as a child. So I opted to can some of it also. I also canned some tuna along with the spam. It is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

I don't know if you are paying attention to global events and things taking place involving China. This is a great video with loads of information on China and looming threats.

From 60 Minutes Australia - China's warning to the world.

And that is it for my thoughts this week. Let's move along now to some preparedness and other news for the week.

Preparedness News

1. From Noah C. - Survival Blog - Excellent read and perspective. Good thought provoking approach by the author. Where I disagree is what is happening now is in fact different from historical events for comparisons. How so? Events today are narrowed down to divide one group from another. The vaccinated vs the unvaccinated. Globally unvaccinated citizens are being punished, locked down and even segregated from society. It is a very close reminder to WW II. (Thanks Festus for this submission)

2. From Di-Anne Sebregts - Homesteading Hippy - The Best Way to Store Cornmeal * The Homesteading Hippy - Good information to have, especially if you store your cornmeal and other resources near a location where you have or may have a rodent problem.

3. From Stacy Lyn Harris - The Best Way to Store Cornmeal * The Homesteading Hippy - I don't know about you but I am a turkey fan and have included ways to resource turkey in my preparedness foods.

4. From Green Thumb Gardner - Why Are My Cucumbers White & Solutions To Fix Them | Green Thumb Gardener (gardenerthumb.com) - I have encountered this problem a couple times over the past ten years. You are afforded the time now when we all should be practicing gardening, testing our soil and seasonal growth.

5. From Rhonda Owens - Preppers Will - Harvesting And Using Wild Asparagus (prepperswill.com) - Growing asparagus is probably the single items I have found to be the hardest to grow yet we are big fans of it.

6. From Ashley Adamant - Practical Self-Reliance - Pickled Cranberries (practicalselfreliance.com) - This sounds like a good one. . We enjoy dried cranberries on our salads and also as a drink mixed with sugar free sprite. As a kidney-stone battler the past 40 years, cranberries are a good supplement for kidney health when not passing a kidney stone.

Other News -

1. World Economic Forum - Protecting critical infrastructure from a cyber pandemic | World Economic Forum (weforum.org) - Excellent article on the increase in cyber attacks on critical infrastructure and the home teleworkers. Remember, our national grid system is extremely vulnerable in this area as well. Ouch.

2. From John Wilson - Forbes Technology - Keeping Up With Quantum (forbes.com) - No matter how many times or how long you water plastic flowers, the live forever and no one really notices. The same goes for our internet, both at home and with critical infrastructure. The threat is invisible and no one notices as long as it works each time you log on. But, what if someone is inside your computer using your computer to hack our own nations infrastructure? This is just one of many examples to the looming cyber threat we face today.

3. From Lone Canadian - Survival Blog - EMP and Socioeconomic Collapse. Nobody Want To Be That Guy. (survivalblog.com) - Good read. (Thanks for this submission Festus)

4. From John Whitehead - The Rutherford Institute - January 27, 2021 (Hour 2): John Whitehead - The Power Hour - Very good podcast by Constitutional Attorney John Whitehead.

5. From NC Scout - American Partisan - The SMALLPOX BIOWAR – globalists prepare “perfect” scheme to cover up vaccine deaths and cancel mid-term elections by unleashing a new, deadly epidemic - American Partisan - Several sites this week are pushing out a theory using smallpox as a weapon. I don't have an opinion on this topic yet but I do agree on the cancelling of midterm elections. I have stated this for nearly a year or longer. Buckle up and hold on....2022 is going to be a bumpy ride.

Drum roll...........

That's all my Patriot brothers and sisters.

Prayers - Please keep our great nation, our elected leaders, military and first responders in your thoughts and prayers. We pray for good health and wisdom. Please pray for our leadership to find answers and guidance to the problems facing our great nation. May your faith remain strong and answers to the unknown provided. God is good and may our prayers blanket and protect you and your circumstances. I pray for each, and every one of our Patriots.

May we pray for all the blessings and things in life to be thankful about and continued hope for revival around the world. We must continually pray for the unsaved, our family and friends who live each day without the protection for eternal life and salvation.

Even with all the worldly challenges, struggles, and heartbreaks we must always give thanks for the blessings in our own life and our family each day. Life can be hard and sometimes unfair to us, but we still have many things to be thankful for each day. We must not forget them.

Many HFS Patriots are in tough situations and having to choose between the Covid-19 vaccine or losing their jobs. Please pray for wisdom and discernment as these folks move forward with a decision.

We have Patriots with personal prayer needs and/or family members with prayer needs as well.

Please continue prayers for our Patriot family in Middle TN as they work through the struggles of life each day after the death of family member. I watch many of you struggle with daily news. Imagine having just lost a loved one and then dealing with everything else. This family lost a husband, father, and friend and the struggles are in the home and everyday life. This loss has impacted and continues to challenge this family in many ways.

Please continue praying for our Patriot brother in Northern Alabama as he recovers from emergency surgery. His mending process has been slow.

We continue praying for author Glen Tate who wrote the 299 Days series and is the co-host of Prep 2.0 Podcast. I have not heard an update in the recent days but earlier in the week he was in the hospital in very bad shape battling Covid-19.

Please pray for the families of Russ and Shelly Dizdar who both passed from this earth in recent days.

Please pray for the family of John Stadtmiller, owner and broadcaster of the Republic Broadcasting Network (RBN) passed suddenly this week. John hosted the National Intel Report on the same broadcasting network.

Please pray for our Christian sisters and brothers around the world being denied access to their church because they aren't vaccinated. These stories are surfacing more and more weekly.

As we have prayer needs for answers to health and family matters we also have prayers of thanks for recent health answers and recoveries.

We all must pray strong and often for the citizens of our great nation. Many of our sisters and brothers are struggling daily with things they witness, encounter, and are surprised with out of the norm. Many times we are in unchartered areas, however, we still must keep our faith and focus on the big picture. Our prayers and faithful strength together will be required often to battle the evils being thrown upon all of us minute by minute.

As Patriots we must stay strong and never give up. Our home, community and nation needs us now more than ever. Stay focused on your local community and things that will impact you around the nation. Don't allow the events around you to create fear in your life. Build your own self-reliance and focus on hope. Remember we are a blessed nation and we must continue to be great people today and make a better tomorrow. Keep charging.

Blessings,

Bravo Echo Out,
