Greetings and welcome to the Patriot Express Newsletter Edition #260. Happy Easter to all and may you find time to celebrate the real reason we celebrate this event. We are truly blessed people but the price for our blessings wasn't free and at no cost. Thank you for stopping by to check out this week's newsletter. Here we are, three days till April Fool's Day and with each passing day one must wonder if bath house Barry is in charge. I wonder what Ross Perot would say about all this craziness taking place in America.
This edition represents the 5th Anniversary of Hope for Survival. This posting of the Patriot Express Newsletter is 260 straight weeks HFS has posted on time weekly. This would not hvae been possible without many blessings, readers, and the help of past authors contributing, and the support of Festus along this journey. Neither of us could ever have imagined we would be here five years later. I would be remiss not thanking Ms. Lucy as well for her support and understanding through weeks and weeks of me being busy and not being able to do some things she wanted to do because I had a responsibility to Hope for Survival. We have been so blessed on this journey and I could never put into words the true meaning of the many friendships we now treasure through this journey. I do consider each HFS member family. We have met so many of you in person through classes and sponsored events in your town. You have been gracious to invite us into your home and around your family. I think that says so much about the quality of people within Hope for Survival. That is why it is not a website, YouTube channel, Zoom group, or Signal chat forum. We are a family, and I don't think we could expect or ask for more than that. Thank you. Life has no guarantees on this journey, and we don't know what tomorrow may bring, but to this point the ride has been wonderful. We lost five HFS members during the five years who passed and went home to a better place. We miss them but know they are better off now. Thank you and may you all be blessed.
I'm writing this newsletter from Huntsville, AL where I have been this week. I had the opportunity to share dinner with 10 or so HFS Patriots and it was great seeing everyone and talking preparedness. Good points shared and questions asked. I want to thank everyone who could attend. It was good to see Alabama Rebel and Ms. T. Thanks for coming out to join the dinner. Thanks to our Patriot sisters for bringing folks together. I also had the opportunity to grab lunch with two long time Patriot friends after several years without visits. It was great spending a lunch break with them and seeing all they have accomplished in the past five to seven years. Keep on charging folks.
It almost seems like each day this year has been some degree of April fool's day, doesn't it? Which is crazier, one political party is trying to lock up the opposing party's candidate or a barge loses power and knocks out a pillar and collapsed a bridge? We have private party partnerships buying up real estate making it unaffordable for citizens. The Black Rock, Bill Gates, Van Guard crowd is crushing the middle class before our eyes. Remember, it was Henry Kissinger who said "who controls the food supply controls the people. We see one after another food processing companies and chicken farms burn to the ground and don't forget the Texas fires. Farmers are fleeing or being pressured to close or sale their land to the likes of Bill Gates or China. How does the nation who our intelligence giants declared our biggest threat has purchased and allowed to do so by our government, 350,000 acres of US land. How is it the Chinese government owns land in America when China hardly allows their own citizens to own land in China? Do you realize down in Florida, just a couple hours prior to the Baltimore bridge event the largest fertilizer company in America burned to the ground.? If you don't have food, you will do about anything to get it, to include succumb to the authorities of a different ideology, just to keep from starving. Patriots, if you aren't watching this collapse from outside the box you are probably not understanding it.

Oh, by the way, does anyone else find it odd that the movie "Leaving the world behind" started out with a large freighter floating towards shore with no power? Any coincidence between that and the Baltimore Harbor incident this week?
And, think about this as well. In the most recent $1.2 trillion dollar continuing resolution to fund the government for a few more months, the bill is loaded full of pork and waste as always. But interestingly, the White House agreed to not fly the LGBTQ rainbow flag over US Embassies abroad using US taxpayer funds, yet the bill includes millions in funding to build security walls around Egypt and Jordan. What about our border?

Thoughts for the week - The bridge - A conspiracy or not
Several folks reached out to me, professionally and fellow Patriots, to ask my thoughts on the Baltimore harbor event. It is described as follows; On March 26, 2024, at 1:28 a.m. EDT, the main spans of the Francis Scott Key Bridge, across the Patapsco River between Baltimore and Dundalk in the U.S. state of Maryland, collapsed after the Singapore-flagged container ship Dali struck one of its support pillars.
As in most disasters, initial reporting is skewed, and typically not accurate or leaning towards a narrative posed by an agenda. However, in this case, one can simply watch the original video to draw a fairly accurate conclusion something went terribly wrong, criminally or not.
In recent weeks, the US Government announced a warning that a cybersecurity threat posed a real threat to US water systems and critical infrastructure. The Francis Scott Key bridge would be critical infrastructure.
Any type of large vessel leaving or entering a port is stopped and a harbor pilot boards the vessel and guides it in or out before turning it over to the assigned ship captain. It is fairly clear the ship in question appeared to not be in the appropriate water channel when leaving port, for some reason. When you watch the video in real time, you can see on two occasions the ship loses total power for 30 seconds to one minute of time prior to striking the key pillar to the bridge.
It is partially dark, so the sky is only lit by moonlight and surrounding ground lights in the background. The ship appears to be headed between the two load bearing pillars okay but then veers to the right going off course. You can see black smoke exit the stack on the ship which would indicate an effort to power the engine to gain speed as it is now headed towards the pillar around the time of the first power outage. It remains on course to strike the pillar when it loses power a second time and then shortly after it strikes the pillar.
With so many fail safes on the ship to control power and remote control of the GPS systems, did the ship lose power? Or, did the captain somehow shutdown the systems to try and reset and gain control of the vessel and steering capabilities? In today's modern world and vessels floating from continent to continent, most ships would have high levels of technology and capabilities. Right?
The question is, did the ship engines suffer from bad fuel or a fuel flow problem or was the ships main controls possibly hacked and a second unknown party then guide the ship to the pillars. The reality of the ship having electrical problems is highly suspect because electrical systems on a ship are multi layered with multiple back up capabilities. One would think, even with a fuel problem the pilot of the ship could still guide the ships rutters to stay on course. The ship was moving at roughly 9 mph but it is unknown how much water current was pushing or pulling the vessel as it floated with no power. I would question this theory because when the ship veered off course it was a very sharp turn towards the pillars.
As tragic as this event appears, the bigger impact is going to be how imports and exports are received now and not in the Baltimore harbor. Millions of tons of key resources are received in this harbor to include thousands of high dollar fuel powered automobiles. Additionally, this is a key harbor for shipping coal out. Tons of hazardous materials are also move through this harbor. Some estimates state the earliest the harbor can reopen to receive and ship freight is five years. This event will also impact nearly 30,000 workers in the Baltimore area.
The bridge alone moved thousands of pedestrians to and from work with roughly a 45-minute commute time where the detour will now require roughly 2.5 hours one way. Hazardous materials coming into the port will now have to be shipped to other ports and trucked on the I-95 roadway which is already a nightmare to drive if you have ever experienced it. Most hazardous materials are moved between midnight and 7 am when traffic is minimal, reducing the threat to civilians. The nearby surrounding area to the harbor and bridge contains about 45-48 US military bases and installations. Impact? Huge.
Some estimates show as much as 30% of the US food supplies are received at this port.
The financial impact to this location and region will be in the billions of dollars.
I want you to consider something. If you have ever read the Sun Tzu classic, The Art of War, he talks about defeating your enemy without firing a shot. How? Crippling the logistics chain and shutting off your enemy's ability to get key resources to fight back. How? Shut off the supply chain. Food.
Think about the number of food processing plants, chicken farms, and wildfires killing thousands of heads of cattle over the past five to ten years. Think about the number of farms no longer producing crops. Think about where most of the US food supply is now coming from. We, the people, are on an island with no ships in sight. All of our prime farmland is owned by Bill Gates and China.
It was the former CIA director who once said, "control the food and you control the people." Seems he read the Sun Tzu best seller, the Art of War.
